Eligibility Criteria for WB Food & Supplies Recruitment 2018
Minimum Qualification:
Passed Madhyamik/10th Examination from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent.
Age Limit & Relaxation:
Not below 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2018 (i.e. born not earlier than 2nd January 1978 and not later than 1st January 2000). The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for S.C. & S.T. candidates and by 3 years for OBC (Non- Creamy Layer) candidates.
Salary Scale:
The selected candidates will the get pay scale of Rs.5,400 to 25,200/- along with Grade Pay of Rs.2,600/- Per Month.
Mode of Selection:
Candidates will be selected for the above posts based on a Written Test and Personality Test. The written test will have maximum marks of 100, and the personality test will be for a maximum of 20 marks. Candidates will be shortlisted for the personality test on the basis of their performance in the written test.
How to Apply:
Applications can be submitted through online only in Commission’s website “www.pscwbapplication.in” on and from 11.00 a.m., 22nd August 2018. Before applying for the post, candidates are required to enroll themselves as per the guidelines provided on the website. Those who have already made registration in “www.pscwbapplication.in” for any examination conducted by P.S.C., W.B. need not register once again.
Application Fee:
Rs.110/- only + Service Charge 1% of Examination Fee subject to a minimum of Rs.5/- only for online payment through debit/credit card plus service charge /GST as applicable as Govt. Duty or Service Charge of Rs.5/- only for Net Banking or Service Charge of Rs.20/- only for payment through Bank Counter (off-line payment).
SC/ST candidates of West Bengal are not required to pay any fee.
